Technical Sovereignty and Zero Data Leakage

1N1 operates under the foundational principle that our clients' data, intellectual property, and business workflows belong exclusively to them. We never use client data to train, fine-tune, or feed public or third-party models.

  • In AI and software projects, we prioritize on-premise architectures or private cloud deployments under direct client control.
  • Zero data retention: when integrating frontier model gateways (APIs), we strictly enforce Zero Data Retention (ZDR) enterprise agreements.
  • Strict isolation between development, testing, and production environments with audited access control.

Collection and Use of Contact Data

Information provided through our website (contact form, direct email, or messaging channels) is used solely to answer technical inquiries and assess project feasibility.

  • Data collected: Name, email address, organization, and technical project scope details.
  • Single purpose: Coordinating technical consultations, sharing requested specifications, and drafting project proposals.
  • No commercial dissemination: We do not sell, rent, or share contact lists or telemetry with third-party brokers.

Infrastructure Security and Cryptography

We deploy mission-critical cryptographic and perimeter defenses to safeguard all information exchanged throughout the engagement lifecycle.

  • In-transit encryption: All web traffic is enforced over TLS 1.3 with modern cryptographic ciphers.
  • Confidential exchange: For sensitive credentials, code repositories, or architectural blueprints, we deploy WireGuard tunnels or PGP keys.
  • Continuous verification: Our internal toolchains undergo regular vulnerability scanning and security hardening.

Retention and Secure Information Deletion

We retain contact and diagnostic information strictly for the duration necessary to satisfy the purpose for which it was provided.

  • Uncommitted inquiries: If an exploration does not evolve into an active contract, records are purged periodically from operating tools.
  • Completed projects: Following final handover, repository transfer, and warranty expiration, all residual copies are securely purged from 1N1 workstations.
  • Total sovereignty: Permanent and exclusive custody of all project deliverables resides within client infrastructure.

Data Subject Rights (Access, Rectification, Erasure)

We acknowledge and guarantee the right of any individual or organization to inspect, update, or permanently delete their personal data.

  • Access & Rectification: You may request a summary of stored records or correct inaccurate information at any time.
  • Erasure: You may request the immediate and irreversible deletion of your contact profile.
